Brand new! Still has plastic on the package. Price is firm This one is not registered for it’s never been open. Will not open so people don’t think it’s “used”. ladybrow Can you post a photo of the actual product sometimes scammers will fake a receipt or use someone else’s thats why it’s important to show the actual item

alutsenko Hi, why the dates are so far apart? Order date all the way back in July of last year but on top it says April of this year?

jmsneeringer @alutsenko we purchased it last year, I’ve been too busy to sell it. We just found the receipt through Dyson a few weeks ago and they sent it to my husband.

alutsenko @jmsneeringer Ok so with July being around the corner, you would have only a year of warranty left in July. Dyson doesn’t care if it wasn’t used or not and I think counts from purchase date unfortunately and they do break. If I was you I would at least open and try it because it might not be even working and you won’t be able to replace it after warranty is over.
