To my customers ... my Rating is 4.9 out of 5.0 AFTER this customer's rating. She is upset over an item I left out of a Bundle that resulted in her being overcharged $2 - for which I have offered $5 to compensate. It was my mistake, and I have offered to fix it. She is now posting negative comments all over my closet which I feel is a bit much considering the circumstances. Please review my ratings for yourself and make your own decisions. Thank you! Beverly
