EASY fit dress NWT!

Brand new with tags. Petite Medium. Easy- fitting a-line style with flat pleats that open up just a little below the waist. Softy gathered at back, mostly lies flat, not poufy. 55% cotton/45% rayon. Lightweight and easy wearing. Wear as a beach coverup or dress it up with pretty sandals. Lace up neck. Unlined, but not noticeably see-through in most settings. Color is black, not washed out as appears in some photos.
