EBUH floral and polka dot blouse large

Lightweight fabric, doesn't stretch. Black with white little polka dots all over, and mauve colored roses all over. Lightly sheer. Elbow length sleeves. Great condition. Please note, this item has a perfume-y scent. I washed with scent free detergent, however the scent remained.
