It does need a new battery. It features the famous two tone screw head design. Face is stainless steel and the Bangle is Sterling silver with 18K accents screw heads. Great design & super sleek perfect condition & so much prettier in person.  Super shiny mirrored polished hard to photograph  7.25 inches in length it can be adjusted by taking links out. The bracelet part measures 3/8 of an inch in width and the face measures just under an inch in width
