ECI Blouse Multicolor

ECI blouse with nice design, vibrant colors, and flattering fit. Butterfly sleeves have placket underneath arm pit so there is no reveal when you lift your arms. The fit is gathered in the back giving you a waist and shapely look. Polyester fabric has some nibs in the fabric from wearing but it doesn't detract from the piece.
