ECI Blouse Size 8

eci Blouse (purchased fm Nordstroms) - This is one of my favorites. This blouse has a high neck with beautiful detail that goes all the way around. There is a ruffle in the front that makes this blouse look very feminine. There is a black lining and the blouse and lining are 100% Polyester. Great for a night out. Size 8.
