ECI New York Avocado Green Chiffon Skirt

Unique Chiffon skirt made by ECI New York. The skirt has an avocado green 4” waistband and lining. There are strips of chiffons fabric that is striped that lay over the lining. The skirt zips up the side. It is a size 10 and measures 32” at the waist and is 22” long. A very pretty skirt.
