ECI New York Black Lace Blouse with Smocked Waist, Neck and Cuffs size 12 NWT

ECI blouse is NWT and no flaws noted. This wonderful blouse features a sheer outer shell with stitched on lace details and a mesh camisole underneath. It has a smocked neck with drawstring, as well as a smocked waist and cuffs, giving it a billowy yet fitted appearance. It has a victorian vibe, but maybe that's just me.
