ECI New York Embroidered Blazer

Gorgeous embroidered floral blazer from ECI: New York. Blazer is lightly worn and has beautiful fully embroidered flowers. A few pulled strings but nothing that impacts wear. Marked size 8, but appears to have shrunk. Slightly markings at neckline (in pictures) but not visible when worn.
