ECI New York floral eyelet dress

Soft, light-midweight A-line dress in a navy blue and white floral eyelet with an attached white lining. Worn once, in like-new condition. Very comfortable and cute. Has small, discreet belt loops but did not come with a belt. Cat-friendly, non-smoking home.
