ECI Silk Blouse

VGUC ECI Silk Blouse with a tie waist (tie included). Lined with a tank underneath that is attached by threads. Cream colored sleeves and tank top straps and the rest is black. Pleating around sleeves and neckline. Clear beading at neckline is covered in white mesh. Very pretty, delicate looking top. Last picture shows the left side belt loop is broken- have worn without it and it stays up. Very minor staining under armpits on cream part of sleeves (slight darkening). Thanks for looking!
