ECI Vintage 100% All-Leather Vest with Ruffles - Size 12

This Leather Vest is BEAUTIFUL! Size 12. This was given to me as a gift a long time ago and has been in a dry cleaning bag in my personal closet. Not my size. NO visible wear at all. Looks brand new. I never wore it. The vest is 100% leather, very thin leather with ruffles going down the front along the buttons. You can wear this by itself or over a blouse or button down shirt.
