ECI black dress, size 8, lace over blue silk

CUTE swing style ECI black dress with polk-a-dot patterned lace over bright blue silky fabric. Sleeveless with halter style tie at the side of the neck. Slight opening of seam inside lining of one arm- (see pic) otherwise is nice pre-worn condition. Perfect for a wedding or party!
