How heavy is this hoodie? Is it make out of sweatshirt material? Is it XL?

Its standard hoodie material. I have hoodies with thicker material too though. Its is marked as an XL, but it fits more like a Large. I am an XL in everything and this is small for an XL. Just trying to keep it real sir.
