EILEEN FISHER black, elastic waist, short “sweater” skirt in size XS. EUC

First of all, the material and care tags have been removed from this skirt but I’ve done research and found the label from another of the same skirt (I am 95% sure). This skirt reminds me very much of St. John Santana Knit which is a proprietary mix of wool and rayon. It’s basically a straight, sweater skirt and should fall close to the body. It’s a perfect addition to anyone’s wardrobe. Wear it with a silk blouse and ballet flats or add tights, boots and a cardigan. It’s what I consider medium weight, it’s soft and has lots of stretch. Low/no iron. Excellent (see note) pre-owned condition. NOTE- on the interior hem, there is a tear that is absolutely NOT noticeable from the outside or when wearing it (see photo #8).
