It is multi- gored and a stunning, romantic summer look. It measures 18 1/2” at waist flat, 32” from waist to hem. 1” waist band. I am showing it both ironed and unironed, it looks great both ways. Hand wash, line dry. I washed it on delicates in HD machine with no issues.
