NWT short dress with small slit, skinny double adjustable straps, and crisscross open back. Sz M. Bust measures 16” laying flat. Length measures 31” from top of strap or 17.5” from waist to hemline. Hips measure 17” laying flat. It does have stretch. Pretty shiny copper color.
