IGNORE THE SIZE! THE SIZE OF THIS DRESS IS GIVEN AS 0 - 2, BUT THE MEASUREMENTS ARE CONSISTENT WITH A LARGER SIZE. THIS CHIC AND ELEGANT BLACK OFF-THE-SHOULDER BACKLESS FIT-AND-FLARE PARTY/COCKTAIL DRESS BY ELIA-CHER is gently pre-owned, in near-perfect condition, free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. In classic fit-and-flare style, it consists of a close-fitting backless halter-style bodice with adjustable shoulder straps joined to a flaring knee-length skirt with slash pockets at hand level on each side (pictures #9 & 10). It has 5 deep pleats just under the bodice seam, 3 in front and 2 in back. It's unlined and closes with a zipper in back. The fabric is polyester and elastane in 95%/5% blend. Dry clean or machine wash and tumble dry are recommended. The stated size is 0 - 2, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 15.5", stretches to about 17"; waist 13.5", stretches to about 14.5"; hemline 35"; length (in front, neckline to hem) 31".
