ELIZABETH & JAMES electric raquel silk dress M (J11)

Brand new "Electric Raquel" dress from Elizabeth & James. Silk, one shoulder and full lining. The neckline and shoulder is stretchy, and the body is loose. You can wear this belted, too. The hangtag was attached to the fabric tag, and it came off, left no damage, but now is no longer actually attached. Tagged as a M, bust is 39" and meant to be loose, 34" long. Although this has not been worn, when you look very closely, there are a few miniscule fabric scratches (picture 11), does not detract.
