ELLE Black Oversized Dress Size XS

Very good condition oversized dress from ELLE. Black with some flower print at the front. Note - belt is missing but you can wear any belt with it or wear it without for an oversized look. Pictures are taken with and without flash. Flowers are not seen too obvious in real (like the picture without a flash). Size XS but can fit up to Medium. Approximate measurements: Bust area: 22” Waist area: 21.5” Length: 34.5”
