NWT Size 14 red dress from ELLE with black sequined Peter Pan collar. Sequins and beads are iridescent. Pleather snap belt at waist. Bell skirt. Some snags in skirt (pictured). Missing sequin on collar (pictured) but comes with replacements. 20.5” from waist to hem. Zips up in back.
