THIS BEAUTIFUL SUNNY-YELLOW OFF-THE-SHOULDER BACKLESS BELTED FIT-AND-FLARE SUN DRESS BY ELLEN TRACY, SIZE 4, is gently pre-owned, in near-perfect condition, free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. The bodice has deep diagonal pleating (picture #9) and straps that fasten at the back of the neck with 3 gleaming gold-tone metal snaps (pictures #10 & 11). The skirt has slash pockets at hand level on each side and pleating in the upper part created by ruching at the waistband. It closes with a clasp and zipper in back. The white belt in the pictures is the one that was with the dress when I acquired it, but I can't guarantee that it's the dress's original belt. The fabric is cotton and spandex in a 97%/3% blend, moderately stretchy. Professional dry cleaning only recommended. The stated size is 4, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 16", stretches to about 16.75"; waist 13.75", stretches to about 14.25"; hemline 28.5"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 39".
