Dress has a stretchy but defined waist. Tie from front neck comes around & ties over a deep v opening in the back. Everything about this dress screams elegance, but is very comfortable! Very well made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex, giving it a very defined but comfortable and stretchy fit. Skirt is pleated and flows. Smoke free home. Excellent condition. Stretchy waist measures 19 inches, eyelet in the front from the neck to chest measure almost 6 inches, turtleneck ties around to back measures almost 21 inches. The deep V in the back measures 11 inches, pit to pit measures 21 inches, again there’s plenty more stretch in the dress. Shoulder to hem measures 42 inches and sleeves from shoulder to wrists measures 26 inches.
