Would you say they run half a size or a full size too small?

@kbheadshots I’m not sure if they run small actually - they are labeled a 39 in Euro sizes. Depending on the brand, I often wear a 40, but i have other Puccis that are 39 1/2 and fit with room to spare, so I took a chance on these. They fit on my feet but hurt if I wear them for more than an hour.
In US sizes I’m a large 9 or a small 9 1/2 and my feet are relatively wide. Hope this helps and feel free to ask more.
