@july2011 15" flat (so 30" total). There is no stretch to the waistband itself, only to every other part of the pants. And they Stretch a good 2-4 inches comfortably. :)

Ok, thank you so much for the measurements. I need at least a 16.5" flat waist measurement but I have a great seamstress who might can add a black material to them to where they would fit. I will certainly show her these to see if she can modify them for me. Thank you again!
