EMMA JAMES skirt

this skirt is almost for any season. The fabric is so light and moveable - maybe just not summer. It has a gorgeous green and brown tweed fabric. it's darted at the waist - both front and back. I think it's kind of designed to sit more at the hips than at the natural waist. The flutter hem is such a feminine detail. The skirt is lined. It is a size 12 and the waist measures from seam to seam approx 17in and the length is around 24-25in. This skirt is used but in great condition.
