10 1/2" tall, 9" wide, 4" deep. Adj. padded shoulder strap. Backside has a deep open pouch. Under flap there is a deep wide open pouch, behind that a zippered section with a deep open mesh compartment as well as three open deep compartments, good for cell phone-also 3 pen holders. The main section is large with a zippered top. There are two side sections, one mesh for bottles, other velcro. Very nice bag. The fabric is water repellent.
