EN CRÉME NAVY BLUE HALTER RAYON DRESS

This is a lightweight, fresh and breathable dress. It is also very flowy💕 which is the best part of the dress! The color on the fabric might bleed after the first wash but it's okay! It only gives it a distressed look.💕 The straps on this dress are a bit tricky. You are able to style it two different ways. Please check the pictures I provided.
