EN FOCUS WOMEN Flower Dress

Pretty, pleated and ruffled blue dress with beautiful frilly floral print in colors of soft white, pinks & a green leafy shade. Two ruffled tiers gathered at the bottom, creating fullness with lots of room. Elastic waist gives a lot of stretch, and it's very figure flattering for your curves. I won this in a live show auction last weekend, but I am too long waisted for it. I just want to recoup my money back, so this is a reposh. Please comment if you have any questions.
