ENFOCUS floral sleeveless dress

Beautiful perfect quality dress, fully lined, seam around middle with slight tuck that gives the dress a small pleat styling above the seam on front. The seam also has two ruffle layers of fabric from seam that runs diagonally across bottom of dress. Navy color with pretty white, orange and green flowers. Dress says petite but I feel measurements are regular, approximately 17” pit to pit and approximately pit to hem 27”.
