tyanavich is this stone natural, earth mined? has the clarity been enhanced? very interested in center stone but not setting... is it possible to buy loose diamond?

tyanavich looking for close to 2 carat... prefer round or oval. of course everyone wants a perfect stone but I am realistic, I know you can't get a D color and VS1 or VS2 for the price range I need to be in. I would like to stay under $10,000. Eye clean natural stone with proof of certification.
