jjl_mncaligal @styledbydeirdre You got it: I'll be honest, it's a little hard to figure out where the waist wants to be b/c the dress has a lot of give. It feels like a soft jersey-knit... but here-goes: Waist 14.5" (give to 15") lying flat. The hip area is 18" lying flat at what seemed to be the 'mid' of the hip area. Hope this helps??
