EP Pro Skirt Skort Size 8 Black Gold Chain Print Under Shorts FLAW in Seam

EP Pro skirt skort in a size 8. Black with red and gold chain all over print, under shorts, back pocket. Unfortunately the seams are stressed and some stitching in the seam by the zipper has come undone. All issues are in the seams, could be repaired fairly easily (please see last two photos). Made of 100% Polyester Approximate measurements (taken laying flat): Waist: 16" Length: 19" Inseam: 5"
