ERIN navy and cream striped fit and flare party dress with pockets!

gorgeous formal dress by ERIN Erin Fetherston for Nordstrom NWT, pre-owned but tags attached first things first...size tag says 10, but recommended size 6, see pics for measurements, this runs small...looking at 14" flat lay across waist and just over 16" across chest. Comparimg to a very similar dress i have listed now from WHBM is a size 6 with very similar measurements.
