mmmmama Pretty dress! is the inside lined or are the patchwork seams exposed against the skin?

mmmmama @chryflavantacid has anything been done to secure the rough edges of the patches so they are not rubbing against the skin? this is a beautiful dress but I think that would be uncomfortable.

chryflavantacid @mmmmama I added a photo of what the inside looks like. It’s all very soft cotton but definitely has loose strings. It seems the seams have been pressed to lay flat
