redcarpet7 @sigrho2 — Sorry for delay. (1st learned of questions relating to listings today.) Yes, it is new. Received as a “promo” as a “high roller” @ Caesar’s. The stem wasn’t pulled out to shut off power so battery ran dry while in case. (You can see some of the other promo watches listed in my closet, one — of lesser value — that actually has the Caesar’s logo on the watch face.

redcarpet7 @sigrho2 I meant that it would be unlikely that there would be any problem once battery was replaced as the watch was new. Unfortunately, the stem was not pulled out to stop the watch running so original battery ran out while watch still in case. Battery replacement usually runs $5-$10 and can be done in a minute. I will issue full refund plus credit up to $10 (send photo of receipt from jeweler) if the watch doesn’t work after battery replacement — IF returned within 2 weeks.
