EST 1946 Ladies Black & White Polka Dots Skirt Size 14/16 New with tags

I just love this skirt. It is cut o it I nice and roomy. If you dance it will flow when you Move. The ize marked is 14/16 and measures 17" across laying flat. Thre is an elastic Band so it will stretch. The overall length is 39 1/2" long. Made of 100% Polyester and I machine washable. This piece is made by EST 1946. Very nice quality.
