Easily could be like new with polishing by a jeweler. A 7x5mm (@1ct as Ruby) genuine hot pink ruby/corundum stone. Passes as Ruby. Glows neon pink in black light. This is most likely Heated/treated. inclusions are minimal at 60/90x magnification. Streaking and feathering can be seen.
