Gently worn, some Material is spandex and cotton. Comes from a smoke free home. No damage to material, machine washable. Back zipper, elastic back smocked waist. Material is not stretchy. Has pockets. Skirt is lined. One belt loop. Length 38, bust 19, waist 14 stretchable to at last 4 inches more with elastic smocked waist in back, hip 26. With regret, I have to say that I am not going to sell to anybody who has a PO Box address. My previous experience dealing with POBox addressees left me no choice. If you have a PO Box ship to address, please do not buy from me, I will simply cancel the order. I'd rather lose the sale than spend time and effort trying to get my money back.
