EShakti Teal Velvet Smocked Midi Dress

I bought this two years ago but only wore it to try on. It’s a size 2/XS. It’s 31.5” from waist to hem. I’m 5’ 4” and it hits me mid-calf below the knee. It’s a pretty teal velvet with some smocking at the waist and neckline which has a keyhole cutout. The fabric has a bit of stretch and the dress has pockets. Long sleeve with elastic cuffs. Beautiful dress!
