EShakti dress, Custom size 10, New, Cotton Cap Sleeve Belt Pockets

Dress has cap sleeves, v neck, 100% cotton, has a belt, pockets, no liner underneath. Elastic in cap sleeve. There is no stretch in the fabric. Size is a custom size 10. bust 17 inches length 38 inches hip 21 inches waist 15 inches. Dress comes from a smoke free home. Never worn. Machine washable. With regret, I have to say that I am not going to sell to anybody who has a PO Box address. My previous experience dealing with POBox addressees left me no choice. If you have a PO Box ship to address, please do not buy from me, I will simply cancel the order. I'd rather lose the sale then spend time and effort trying to get my money back.
