brneyedgurl @brooksdinkins Hi, hmm...never thought about this before. From my research it seems "on average" Women's sizing is one size up from Men's, i.e., a Men's Large would equal a Women's X-Large. There are a few sizing charts online, so according to one I found this shirt, for example, would be a Men's Large so would be equal a Women's X-Large. Thanks for asking - learn something new everyday!

brneyedgurl @brooksdinkins It was. A lot of sites make it confusing to understand by adding in chest + cup + shoulder calculations, but seems the simple answer is one size up from men's to women's. Oh, so to answer your question ;) Women's Medium is Men's Small.
