ETRO skirt, Gorgeous print, super flattering style 90 cotton 10 silk Side zip Fully lined Measurements Laying Flat: Waist 14 1/4” -14 1/2” Waist to bottom 22 1/2” For reference, I am 5’ 7 1/2”, (and a size 8 bottom 30” waist, 38” hips) and she did fit me snugly. She’s an Italian size 40, but believe she could easily fit a size 6. I imagine on a smaller size she might sit lower at the waist…
