EUC! Anthropologie b&w popover blouse xs-large

In pristine condition, this gauzy, oversized blouse features shirred sleeves and textured smocking around the neckline. It looks beautiful tucked into a high-waisted pencil skirt or pair of pants. Worn once! (I love peasant blouses, but this was a little too large for my liking.) Because it's so roomy, it can fit a range of sizes, from xs to, I would say, a large. Pretty blouse for the holidays!
