EUC Black Sateen Finish High Rise Long City Shorts

These shorts are an unusual length, somewhere between a city short/burmeuda short and capri. Im 5'6" and they hit me right below the knee. They are a substantial fabric with a ""wet look" or high glass sateen finish. I love the high rise with wide waistband! Waist 15, rise 10, inseam 17.5, hip 20, cuff 2.
