This is a beautiful and elegant velvet jacket blazer from Chico's in Chico's size 2. The colors are rich and gorgeous. The velvet fabric of rayon and silk has deep colors of burgundy, gold, gray and black and the velvet sheen is enhanced by a sprinkle of gold and black sequins.
