EUC Cloisonne pierced earrings unique red knot on scales design

I have never come across cloisonne earrings with this design on it. The background is white, orange, and beigey pink overlapping fish scales or shingles and there is a red knotted string in the foreground. I haven't had much luck researching it at all Pierced, post style. some slight discoloration on the backside of one of the curved parts of the earrings as shown in photos.
