EUC - Floral Embroidered Skirt

This is a beautiful floral embroidered skirt! I am pretty sure I only wore it maybe twice and it’s been washed once and put away. 100% polyester lined. It’s technically three layers, but the top embroidered layer is sewed to the ‘netted oval patterned’ layer at hem. Waist line is wide, structured elastic. Waist line is 15 1/2 inches laying flat. 27 1/2 inches from top of waistband to bottom hem at center.
