Beautiful blue dress with rouching. Hangs long but can also fit as mini length when worn “scrunched”. Zipper closure at back with spaghetti straps (easily altered with basic sewing or tacking). Fully lined. Outer later is sheer, mesh-like material. Worn once and professionally laundered. Shown on 5’1”, 115-120lbs frame.
